We are a Scottish Tourist Board 4 Star Accommodation and a member of Welcome Host. We also have a Certificate of Excellence in Bed and Breakfast Award! We are situated within a mile of all local amenities, shopping facilities and prize winning gardens of Forres. There is plenty to do in the area, including, swimming pool, squash and tennis courts, two bowling greens, a cricket pitch and golf course.

We have a wonderfully comfortable, bright and spacious lounge where you can relax after a hard day's sight seeing. From our front garden you can see Nelson's Tower, one of the many landmarks in the area. We have two en-suite bedrooms available. One is a King Size double which faces South and the other is a Family room with a double bed and a single bed. Both rooms are fully equipped with colour TV, radio alarms, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities.

Forres has grown much in recent years and now has over 9,000 inhabitants. Sitting between the floodplain of the River Findhorn and the wooded slopes of Cluny and Sanquhar Hills, Forres is well known for its award wining floral sculptures and is steeped in local history and traditions. Forres makes a great base as there is plenty to explore in the beautiful Moray Firth region, the surrounding area has something for everyone's taste, historical monuments, museums, castles, visitor centres, malt whisky distilleries - The Benromach and the Dallas Dhu, miles of white sandy beaches, moray firth dolphins, quaint coastal villages like Findhorn, river side & forest walks, great Scottish Golf courses, sailing, skiing, cycling, Salmon fishing, horse riding, tennis and some of the most scenic countryside and views in Scotland. The A96 from Elgin.
Turn first left at the roundabout, then first right (the Findhorn Road) and finally first left to the bottom.

The A96 from Inverness.
Go over the first roundabout to the next, take the right turn into Forres, then first right (the Findhorn Road) and finally first left to the bottom.

A940 from Grantown on Spey.
Enter Forres, go straight through the roundabout to the end of the road. Turn right onto the A96 to the next roundabout to the end of the road. Turn right into Forres, then first right (the Findhorn Road) and finally first left to the bottom.
