Balvallioch is a charming shepherd's cottage situated on Suisgill, one of Scotland's loveliest estates.
The house is totally private - the nearest neighbour is over a mile away - and commands stunning views of both mountains and the Helmsdale River.
A prettier stop would be hard to find for anyone who has a love of the Scottish Highlands and a desire to escape to them for a real and total break.
Balvallioch sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms. It has a double bed and two singles.
For your convenience we supply all bedding and bathroom linen as well as the usual creature comforts and necessities. 
Above all Balvallioch is warm, comfortable and cosy..
Approved by the Scottish Tourist Board with a two star rating, it provides all you will need for a great Highland Holiday. 
All services are included in the rental cost including television and pay-phone.
Balvallioch sleeps four in two bedrooms. The cottage has two single beds and one double. Sleeps 4 and provides great amenities for a comfortable and happy stay.

Prices are inclusive of VAT, electrical heating and lighting, bed and bathroom linen and coal for the sitting room stove.
Dogs are most welcome, though Suisgill is a working estate and sheep reign supreme! Dogs must be kept on leads outside the parameters of Balvallioch.
