St. Duthus Bowling Club

Visitors are welcome at the club on Monday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons from 2pm. There are Bowls and Shoes available for loan (no charge) so if you are visiting Tain and don’t have your own equipment don’t despair! Come along to the Club, games are only £1 each.

In the Winter short mat bowling is done indoors at the club which is licensed. The club provides indoor and outdoor bowling facilities. Open daily. There are three mats so there is plenty of room for all.

St Duthus Bowling Club has thrived for a number of years with a large membership. However recently the Bowling Club has been particularly successful in attracting young people to the sport, offering an alternative sport for young people who may not wish or are not able to take part in the more usual youth sports. The Club act as excellent ambassadors for the town both at home and on visitations to other clubs throughout Scotland and always offer a warm welcome to visitors to Tain.
