Whilst traveling round Mull, we came across a lovely, traditionally built stone hotel and decided to stop for lunch, The Argyll Arms at Bunessan, What a delight it was; the hosts were so friendly, the meal one of the best we had had on this trip, with scrumptious home cooking. After such a relaxing, enjoyable lunch, we caught the ferry to lona, which is just 20 minutes away, where we stayed for a night, then decided to ask the Argyll Arms if they had a room for the next night, we stayed for 4! What incredible hosts and beautiful rooms. Their attention to detail is outstanding! I’d highly recommend it to anyone who wants a base in Mull from which to travel.
