Welcome to Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park, We are located in a very tranquil setting beside the River Braan in a scenic and beautiful part of Perthshire. It was here that carriages changed their horses. A carriage accident at Inver in 1854 killed Count Rochenstart, the last known descendant of Bonnie Prince Charlie. Inver was, most famously, the home of Neil Gow (1727 – 1807).
Dunkeld is 1 mile away (15 minute walk) and has a number of wonderful tourist attractions notably the Dunkeld Cathedral. The beautiful Hermitage and Falls are a short 10 minute walk from the park. East of Dunkeld is the Loch of the Lowes wildlife reserve where you can see Ospreys in their natural habitat. Dunkeld also has an 18 Hole Golf Course and a number of scenic walks. The village also has antique shops and craft shops, a Bank of Scotland and Post Office along with a good selection of restaurants and bars. Dunkeld is 1 hour’s drive from Edinburgh and 2 hours drive from Inverness thus its central location makes it an ideal centre to explore a large part of Scotland.
