The Corinthian

An array of colour and textures thoughtfully presented, with attention to detail evident. The black pudding was of excellent quality and cooked in a manner that maintained both flavour and moisture, and the pancetta was crisp and distinctively flavoured. The numerous flavours were distinct and complemented each other extremely well.

Artistically presented with a dark crisp topping accompanied by home-made shortbread, which was expertly baked and melted in the mouth. The texture was silky smooth, with a hard crisp finish. Overall, the dish was well-balanced, with the pistachio flavour maintaining its own identity.

A unique facility including the grand domed Lite bar, the Lite Club, Wine bar, celebration or meeting rooms, award winning restaurant, late night piano bar and Slouch Bar, housed within a magnificent grade 'A' listed building. One of Glasgow's finest Victorian interiors and the highest quality of food, drink and service.
