EnergyHunt continues with growth and business development. Having taken on additional Engineering staff to cover the main engineering disciplines of Electrical, Mechanical and Control & Instrumentation, all staff have undertaken the mandatory training requirements to work at heights, offshore and in electrical generation environments.
New contracts include operation and maintenance services for the Moray Firth wind farm projects. EnergyHunt continues to work on Moray Firth wind farm projects. EnergyHunt continues to work on a range of other on and offshore wind, wave and tidal energy site developments and project installations. EnergyHunt now represents or is contracted to all the major utilities operating or developing projects in the North of Scotland.
EnergyHunt’s internal development covers both staff and services and it is working in conjunction with local suppliers to develop cost effective methodology and technology in survey operations utilising small craft in high tidal energy environments. Similarly it continues to develop and improve its in-house, auditable, quality assured testing, auditing, certifying system for wind generation assets. Named Asset Knowledge Management (AKM), it has undertaken a number of trials for this service and is working closely with clients to provide a market leading solution.
