Ben Nevis Guest House(formally Glenfer Guest House) is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty with breathtaking scenery, our guest house is just 300 metres from the end of the West Highland Way, one mile from the foot of Ben Nevis and yet only a 10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and to Bus and Rail Stations.
Our Guest House is very friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. It has been awarded a 3 Star STB rating and offers high levels of quality and comfort with emphasis on customer delight, all at affordable prices.
The owners & your hosts, Janet and Graeme Robertson are a Scottish family who have lived in Lochaber for over 15 years and have that essential local knowledge to be able to answer any questions you may have. As owners who have worked in the hospitality sector all their lives, you can be assured of Scottish hospitality at its very best.
On arrival our reception hall with its impressive and unusual galleried landing and vaulted ceiling creates a welcoming atmosphere and ambiance. This leads onto the lounge which is a pleasant place for quiet relaxation. A good selection of local books and games are available for you to use during your stay.
We can also offer our guests free wireless (secure) broadband internet access. We have a total of 5 bedrooms: On the first floor we have two doubles and two family rooms that each sleep four. On the ground floor we have a newly built twin room with ultra modern shower room.
All rooms are clean and comfortable and have en-suite facilities, colour TV, tea & coffee hospitality tray, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and controllable central heating. Guests have their own separate tables in our spacious dining room. We offer a full Scottish cooked breakfast with vegetarian options. Our eggs are organic and come from our own free to roam chickens.
