Commercial property has been at the forefront of Reco Building Developments Ltd’s activities for over 30 years. Established in 1981, Reco is a family-run business based near Muir of Ord. With a varied commercial property portfolio, Reco owns and manages retail, office and industrial premises throughout the north of Scotland.

Much of Reco’s success is down to building and maintaining close working relationships with its tenants, plus significant experience and knowledge of the property market.

Despite a challenging economic climate, 2014 was a successful year for Reco. Offering a flexible approach, the company found property solutions for occupiers ranging from start-up businesses to established national companies.

Examples of Reco’s success include new retail lettings in Dingwall, to Dingwall Complementary Health Ltd, at 25-27 High Street, and Miss Ying Thai Food Shop & Cafe, at 16 Tulloch Street. In Inverness, Reco let office premises at 3 Ardross Terrace to RE/MAX Properties North, and it has a new industrial tenant at 5 Harbour Road, GCRS Motors Ltd. In Invergordon, Reco agreed a lease extension over high street retail premises and one of its existing tenants acquired additional office space.

Reco also has a strong track record in acquiring suitable premises on behalf of companies. In instances where it is not financially viable for an occupier to purchase a suitable property, Reco can step in, acquire the property and lease it to the occupier.

Similarly in cases where a company owns its premises and is looking to release capital, Reco can enter into a sale and leaseback scenario.

Please contact Reco, if you would like more details of its available properties, or to discuss how the company can help with your property requirements.
