The Park is Glasgow’s largest park and the only Country Park within Glasgow. Its extensive woodlands and gardens provide a quiet sanctuary for both visitors and wildlife.

Pollok offers a unique experience for a park visitor, providing an eclectic mix of countryside attractions set within the midst of a large cosmopolitan City. The park offers a diverse range of environmental experiences from award winning fold of highland cattle through to formal and hidden gardens featuring a level of horticultural excellence unequalled in the UK.

Pollok Country Park attracts in excess of a million visitors per annum as the park boasts not one but two major visitor attractions namely Pollok House the ancestral home of the Maxwell Family (founders of the Forestry Commission and the National Trust) and the internationally famous Burrell Museum an outstanding collection of priceless world art.
