The Liquid Ship opened in February 2004, rising from the embers of the old Hub bar. Its name comes from a mis-spelled letter to the famous Ubiquitous Chip.
It has all the charisma of a Stravaigin bar, innovative food, comfortable surroundings with an Art Deco feel. Built using all sorts of architechtural salvage from around Scotland, our favourite bit is the Victorian dogs paw print in one of the original bricks in the basement.
