Cairngorm Training is based in Grantown-on-Spey and is owned and run by Ishbel Rose FIH, MREHIS.
Ishbel is a winner of a prestigious Highfield Award for Intermediate HACCP Practices. She is a qualified IOH Hospitality Assured coach and has many prominent businesses as her clients.
