This little museum called The Last House Museum & Gift Shop offers a wealth of photographs of the area and boating history as well as a selection of items used many years ago. Well worth a look and it’s free! There’s a woollen mill, the famous Last House and Museum, a Tourist Office to answer all your questions.
This famous Last House and Museum depicting life during the final years that the island of Stroma, the now-uninhabited “island in the stream”. You will see some of the artefacts that have been loaned to the museum by residents of the area. You can have your postcards etc. stamped with the official ‘Last House’ stamp and posted from inside the building.
